How Houston Plumbing Solutions Works

How Houston Plumbing Solutions Works

Four steps, and no mystery about the last one. This website is a connection point. Your request goes to a plumbing service provider who works in your area, and they do the work.

The four steps

1. Describe your plumbing problem

What you see and hear, which fixtures are involved, when it started, and whether it is getting worse.

2. Choose the relevant service

Use the service pages to figure out whether this is a drain, a leak, a water heater or an emergency. If two fit, pick the more urgent one.

3. Send your request

Mark the request urgent if it cannot wait. The form takes about a minute and is the place to write out the details.

4. Get connected with a provider

Your request is routed to a plumbing service provider working in your area. They confirm scheduling, scope and price with you directly.

What happens to your request

A request includes your contact details, your ZIP code, the service you need, your description and how urgent it is. That gets matched to a plumbing service provider covering your address, and they contact you to confirm.

If we cannot route your request, we will tell you. An unanswered form is worse than a plain no, especially when water is involved.

What we do not do

We do not diagnose your problem over the phone as if we had seen it

We do not quote prices for a provider

We do not promise arrival windows on a provider's behalf

We do not sell your details to unrelated marketers

We do not perform the plumbing work

Before you agree to work

Ask the provider for their license information and confirm it

Get the scope and the price in writing before work starts

Ask what happens if the problem turns out to be something else once they open it up

For sewer or slab work, ask to see the evidence, whether that is camera footage or a located leak

Keep the invoice and photos, particularly if insurance may be involved

Questions people ask us

Is this a plumbing company?

No. It is a website that publishes plumbing information and connects service requests with plumbing providers. The provider who contacts you is the one doing the work and setting the price.

How do I request plumbing service?

Fill out the request form with your ZIP code, the type of service, a description and your urgency. The form takes about a minute and gives a provider enough to work with.

Does it cost anything to send a request?

Sending a request through this site is free. Any charge for the plumbing work itself comes from the provider, who should confirm it with you before starting.

Ready to get this fixed?

Send the details and a plumber working in your area will follow up with you.
